I installed a plugin that could generate app-specific passwords… hope it’s not a mere placebo…

I’ve got a question here. Will usernames and passwords I key in be transferred in unencrypted plaintext and stored on an unknown server? ?

I suggested one of my EFL students start a blog to practice English writing, but she nevertheless refused after trying a bit, saying no one her age would visit and read a blog today. Instead, she is very keen on updating statuses in the WeChat Moments (a Twitter-like social platform, in Chinese of course) just because of her audience there.

I don’t think so or my parents wouldn’t have lectured me for half an hour…

I did have three or five 5.25” floppies which my uncle gave me when I was 5 and they ended up working as the makeshift glasses for watching a solar eclipse. :-)

Should a person always be more answerable for not being idiomatic or grammatical if you know he or she is a lyricist / poet / writer by profession? Personally, I'm very careful not to commit "blunders" such as She don't got no friends yet she's happy like I are because my EFL students might be picking something up when reading my words. That said, I still believe flexibility should lie in everyday talks. It's said that meticulous Grammar Nazis usually end up living and dying alone…
